Landau English Outreach
From April 9 – 20, Thadd helped lead a team from the US that had come to teach English to 70 teens. They used a curriculum that GEM TEFL had created based on the first Narnia Movie – The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. The camp was from 5-8pm at night and included a group time with skits and a clip from the movie before the kids headed off to their individual class rooms for activities, games, and fun while learning English. Each kid that attended the camp earned a certificate of completion and a T-shirt. It was a great opportunity for the church we partnered with to get their name out into the community as servants of the community. We pray many seeds were planted for this church.
