37 Weeks
So we’ve made it to 37 weeks and the countdown is coming to an end. Many of you have wondered how we’re doing and I have to say that truly God has been good. I feel great. I’m sleeping well, have little to no pain and have so much energy! I’ve been spending my time doing a lot of sewing for our little girl. It’s so nice to have time to do the things I’d like to do before I’m someone’s mother for the rest of my life! There’s a lot to get ready as well and I’m glad I don’t have to rush around to get it all done.
My official due date is July 24-30. We’re taking guesses as to when she’ll actually come if you’d like to comment to this post. I’m guessing July 28 and Thadd is guessing Aug 1.
This weekend we’re visiting a counselor with GEM to discuss this major life transition. Please pray for us as we work through how Thadd and I would like to parent our little girl in a Christ-like way and how we can balance family and ministry. We are truly excited to meet our little girl – this precious gift from God!

So exciting! I’m glad you are sleeping well. That was the most frustrating part for me, especially since there was little to no sleep to be had for me during a 24 hour labor and the following 2 days. Count yourself blessed!
