Why Europe

Europeans desperately need to hear the truth about Christ. Most view Jesus as merely a historical figure. Many cathedrals stand empty as Europeans drift from their rich Christian roots. Some attend church out of obligation or to seek blessings – having no impact on their lives or the condition of their souls.

In most countries in Europe, less than 2% follow Jesus. Many believe there are no absolutes. Yet the collapse of Communism and influence of postmodern thought have created an unprecedented openness to spiritual discussions.

Europe’s growing influence on the world makes it strategic to reach with the Gospel. Refugees and immigrants flocking to Europe can hear about Jesus and share in their restricted homelands. The opportunity to impact our world with the Gospel through Europe has never been greater.
